Everyone likes something different.

Personally, I like the Roush the best but it is very loud at wide open throttle. I also like the Bassani.

Yes, the Bassani 2.5" V6 catbacks are nice. AHEM.

Deep sound, huh. Well, I hate to say it, but Borla's touring catbacks have a nice tone to them. Very lowkey, subtle but spicey.

And as far as loud and deep is concerned, people have done some interesting stuff with assortments of the Flowmaster exhausts.

Unfortunately, a lot of the exhausts for the 2011+ V6 make them sound like an old farm tractor at low and mid rpm levels.

BUT! this is not true of the Roush exhaust is it??? I'm getting closer to getting the Roush axle backs by reading all your post and how you like them... 8-)

No, the Roush sounds tough at all rpm's.

But don't get the Roush if you don't like them loud.

So many people have put the Roush on their car and then complained about how loud it was even though they were warned.

I like the Roush, but do your research. I am not a fan of Borla. The guys that run the company are Jerks "to be kind" However if that is the sound you want the most then go for it.

You can find the Bassani for about $550 and the Roush is about $400 if you look around some.

I just had Borla Touring Exhausts installed on my 2012. They sound great in gears 1 through 5 but in 6th (2000 rpm area)they sound real deep. Is that the drone sound I hearn people talk about? I just dropped it back to 5th. Any comments on what you do with this situation?

Couldn't tell you if it is drone without hearing it but about 2K is where everyone complains about drone it seems like.

Go faster or slower in 6th instead of dropping to 5th...
