Im in the process of getting Gauges for my car now that im FI!
im fairly new to the site and as like everyone here i want you guys to congratulate you all for having the courage just like me to MODD a v6 that i Envisioned would have INSANE potential while everyone said it wouldn't and that why did i not get a v8
the matter of the fact is that V8 are overpriced,Insurance is Overpriced,Gas is "overpriced" instead get the extra 15G and put it into a v6 and you will create a Beast! Anyways
this is a 2 part question and discussion if you guys can help me decide that would be great!.

1.I ordered the Auto-meter Boost/Vac Gauge from american Muscle with the Roush Vent Pod.

2.now i Need a Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge i was reading and it is said that 2011+ mustangs come with a Wide-band already i would like to know if this is verified,Were it is located, what it looks like and what kind of gauge would i need for it or what gauges do you guys the experts have running

Help will be greatly appreciated and it will be much loved my my Club (Muscle Stangs of Miami)Since they Asked me to please get a A/F ration Gauge its a Must ( #2 Procharged V6 in South Florida woot!

The O2 sensors are wideband.

And I believe you can get one of those aeroforce gauges that plugs into the OBD-II port and has air/fuel on it along with other gauges.

You might be able to tap into the stock sensor but I wouldn't, wouldn't want to do anything that might upset the readings to the PCM.

Besides, how much is the autometer gauge? It's not cheap as I recall.

Just get one Aeroforce gauge, put it at the bottom of your pod, and then put your vacuum/boost gauge in the top opening of your pod. The Aeroforce gauge will read much more than just A/F. Inlet air temp, MAF counts, A/F both banks, etc., and you can add two analog sensors. I added a pressure gauge for my fuel pressure. I recommend their 5V regulated power supply. I set mine up so I can unplug the power source to my fuel pressure sensor, so I don't need to unplug the sensor connector, when I'm using my SCT tuner. I also purchased polarizing film and cut it out to fit behind the clear plastic cover on the Aeroforce gauge. This cuts down on the glare, so you can actually read the Aeroforce gauge during daylight hours.

You have to unplug your gauges to use the port for tuning. If you use any analog sensors, you also have to pull the 5V line to the sensor before you pull the OBDII plug, or, according to Aeroforce, you might fry the sensors. You can also pull the connector to the sensor off. My fuel pressure gauge is hidden under an engine cover, so I pull the line to the sensor.
