After seeing this installed on another Mustang, I thought I would give it a try. I wanted to keep it subtle and low contrast. So I bought the Patriot Blue. It is available from a website called Mr Mikes Trim Brite. So far I have not had any issues with the “friction” fit. | |

I bought the 60 feet because I had no idea how far it would go. I think I would have done fine with the 30 feet, but it was not too expensive. |

The back tail has slits that you can easily cut more out of if you need to make a sharp turn. |

There is a hollow channel you can put the supplied pins in to connect two ends together. See next pic for the pins. |

These metal pins have one pointed end and one flat end. You can push them in by hand you do not need a pair of pliers, but pliers probably help. |

Yes, it really is this easy. You just push it in the cracks. It holds itself in place. There were a few places where it needed to be trimmed on the tail side so that it could be pushed all the way in. |

Here is the whole door trim. Yes, it’s installed. Like I said, it’s very subtle. |

I put it on the top liner, front to back. |

Also on the sun visors. This was probably the most difficult part of the whole interior. |

I placed the two ends together in the back so the seam would not show on the front. Overall I am very happy with the trim color. Maybe it will help with a car show someday. |
